This delicious paste is also full of Vitamin C, to support the immune system, and packs a powerful punch with garlic and chilli, both of which which have antibacterial and antiviral properties. And the best part is – it tastes delicious!

Parsley, basil, rocket, mint, garlic, chillis, lemon juice, olive oil, salt. Blitz. Put into a sterile jar and top with a little olive oil to prevent oxidation/discoloration. Eat as an accompaniment to roast veggies, steak, chicken, fish or as a dip with veggie sticks or crackers. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
