Tuna Salad with Avocado and Bacon, from the Primal Blueprint Cookbook. Seared tuna (seasoned with salt and pepper) crispy bacon bits (use organic nitrite free if possible) avocado, red onion, chives, lemon, cos lettuce.

Literally 10 minutes to make and tastes extraordinarily rich and complex considering it has so few ingredients.
